Our summer 2008 travels began with a week spent with our good friends Mark and Katie and their kids at a family cabin in Michigan's UP. It was cool, beautiful, relaxing, refreshing, fun for the kids- we are still drawing energy from the memories! It was also great to have extended time with these great friends. We feel so lucky to have people like them in our lives!
